Professional Services & Project Management are responsible for the roll-out of all capital infrastructure projects ranging from plant replacement, through to major new infrastructure build. Services are offered on a complete Engineer, Procure, Construct and Manage (EPCM) basis. These cover a broad spectrum of integrated facilities services, including Emergency Power Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical installations, Fire Prevention Installations, Technical Security Systems and Infrastructure.
Services include aspects such as:
- Replacement and renewal of Plant and Equipment that have reached end of useful life.
- Identification and mitigation of extreme risks in infrastructure to ensure optimal availability e.g. Risk Projects, New mobile fleet.
- Expansion of existing infrastructure, plants and equipment to cater for the rapid growth within the Telecommunication's environment (Infrastructure Provisioning).
- Provisioning of infrastructure for the roll-out of new technology e.g. mast & towers.
- Property optimisation projects to ensure optimal use of the portfolio (Space Optimisation).
- Customer-facing projects to enhance the client's image and point of operations (shop-fitting projects).
- Building of energy efficient and state-of-the-art Data Centres to meet stringent performance criteria (The Green Data Centre).
All projects are executed by suitably experienced or professionally registered Project Managers and Design Engineers. They cover all major disciplines i.e. mechanical, electrical, electronic, civil, architectural and quantity surveying. Projects are delivered following a well-defined end-to-end project process which is ISO9001and ISO1800 accredited. Project delivery is governed by a Service Level Agreement which focuses on delivery of the projects on time and within the agreed budget while meeting all health & safety requirements. All projects are completed with the highest degree of attention to detail, utilizing a totally integrated Project Information and Management System (SAP). By providing an integrated information approach, we can provide all of the Project Team, as well as the customer, with decision information appropriate to their level of needs.
