It is at the core of our operation and drives optimum maintenance strategies in an integrated and total FM context. It is also responsible for compliance management, as well as providing the Contact Centre facility. The TFMC procurement team resides within Integrated Facilities Management, as does workplace management, which ensures maximum productivity of a client's people and equipment.

Integrated Facilities Management has the responsibility of co-ordinating the activities of our professional services and maintenance solutions teams across the full spectrum of our FM activities.

Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) provides winning solutions by deriving an integrated FM strategy that minimises total life-cycle costs and creates and sustains a working environment through a combination and integration of various services that ensure maximum productivity of client's  people and equipment, and by specifying the FM strategy in an appropriate contractual framework of performance-focused Service Level Agreement Services.

In addition, IFM is responsible for the provision of support services, including maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, furniture management, waste management, pest control, etc., as well as the operation of our world-class 24-hour, 7-days-a-week Contact Centre. It is also responsible for the management and constant monitoring of quality, delivery and the cost of all services, including Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Compliance.
