In pursuance of the socio-economic empowerment of the country, we have a majority Black Economic ownership, and we are a member of Mvelaserve Limited which has powerful BBBEE credentials (87.29% black shareholding). In this context we therefore have the skills background and knowledge to operate within the relative frameworks as prescribed by the country of operation.

TFMC believes that a comprehensive approach to empowerment can only fully achieve the true definition of Economic Empowerment. A comprehensive empowerment strategy not only has commercial value, but in addition, focuses on strategies for a comprehensive social/community and human resources development programme that addresses plans on:

  • Skills development and transfer strategy
  • Training and development programmes
  • Job Creation initiatives
  • Small, medium and micro enterprises development and sustenance
  • Accelerated development (initiatives that support the Employment Equity strategy)
  • Mentorship programmes
  • Succession Planning programmes
  • Investment in communities
