The second video shows you, our customer, how our Call Centre functions - receiving, logging and despatching service request calls. The status of these calls is meticulously tracked until they are successfully closed to the customer’s satisfaction. And to ensure that our Call Centre consistently maintains a high standard of service excellence, we conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
