Our Professional Services include Project Management (tasked with all capital infrastructure projects - and all projects are executed following a well-defined end-to-end project process which is IS0 9001 certified ) , Management Services ( from Help Desk to Lease Management) and Soft Services (from Switchboard to Cleaning to Hygiene and Catering) and facilities services that include Emergency Power Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical installations, Fire Prevention Installations, etc.

Engineering Maintenance is a one-stop maintenance solution, covering the full hard FM spectrum and delivering services using state-of-the-art systems and technologies. Our solution derives an all-embracing, performance-based, risk-managed maintenance strategy at least cost through optimised logistics - an optimal one-stop maintenance solution tailored to suit clients’ needs.

In our all-encompassing Facilities Management, Total Integrated Facilities Management is the function that makes sure that delivery to our clients is one of excellence. Initially, Facilities Management’s function is to understand the environment within which the FM function is set. To support business operations effectively, a thorough understanding is needed of the principles and practices of organisational structure and behaviour - and of business and organisation strategy. From then on, FM’s role is essentially a comprehensive, diversity of management activities and responsibilities. We see our profession of facilities management as a distinct business discipline, for which a discrete strategy is needed. This competence covers the development, implementation and management of the FM strategy.

Professional Services & Project Management are responsible for the roll-out of all capital infrastructure projects ranging from plant replacement, through to major new infrastructure build. Services are offered on a complete Engineer, Procure, Construct and Manage (EPCM) basis. These cover a broad spectrum of integrated facilities services, including Emergency Power Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical installations, Fire Prevention Installations, Technical Security Systems and Infrastructure. The services range from replacement of plant and equipment that have reached the end of useful life, through to building energy efficient and state-of-the-art Data Centres to meet stringent performance criteria (The Green Data Centre).

The projects cover all major disciplines i.e. mechanical, electrical, electronic, civil, architectural and quantity surveying.
